Please fill out and submit the form below to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). It is highly recommended you upload a photo of your receipt for faster processing, and a receipt is mandatory for warranty claims. You may also upload photos of your tool to supplement your service request. Service requests will receive a response by e-mail within 48 hours (excluding weekends). A customer service agent may contact you for additional information or other concerns regarding your service request. Please note that any tools purchased within a year but is without a receipt is void of warranty.

*Tools purchased from third-party websites such as Amazon, Ebay, etc are not covered under warranty. Please call 470.375.5298 and consult with a Customer Service Agent for authorized online vendors.
